Transpersonal Therapy is about moving beyond the everyday self and the limiting masks of the personality, to discover the magic and medicine that lies within us. 

We work gently with the breath and body, to go on a creative inward journey. 

Working with your own internal images, dreams and symbols we can by-pass your ego's natural defenses to access the language of your unconscious and your soul; to activate your intuition and inner knowing.

We draw on ancient and sacred intelligence to engage with stages of the lifecycle, ritual and mythology.  This approach puts you at the centre of your own therapy journey, imbuing your life with meaning, agency and authenticity.

It's likely you're familiar with the saying;

'a picture paints a 1000 words.'

This is true for even the simplest of art expressions. When held within the context of a client-centred process, the most basic of marks, colourful blobs and even stick figures are all effective at revealing hidden or underlying aspects of what we hold within. 

Creative therapy therefore, is not just for artists. This form of therapy allows most of us a natural, deeper way of knowing. It's a non-verbal approach that takes us beyond 'talking.'

Through art and mark making, music, journalling and other creative forms, we can explore hidden emotions, reduce stress, and improve our mental well-being. 

Through guided sessions, we can tap into our innate creativity to gain insight, resolve inner conflicts and find new, innovative ways to cope with life's challenges. 

Inner work is a transformative process of self-exploration and personal growth. It involves focusing inwardly to discover and reflect on your thoughts and limiting stories, your emotions and behavioural patterns, to better understand yourself and address deeply-rooted issues that are hidden from view, yet affect your everyday life.

By engaging in practices like mindfulness, reflection, and guided introspection, inner work helps you heal past wounds, overcome limiting beliefs, and align with your true self. Whether seeking clarity, emotional balance, or a deeper connection with your true purpose, inner work empowers you to live more authentically, creatively and joy-fully.

You can expect to meet me online in a calm and confidential space.

You can expect to feel warmly welcomed and have an opportunity to ask what questions you need, share what's most important and to only go as far as feels right for you with any work we undertake together. 

Our first session is 90mins to allow us time to work though your intake form, to understand what your unique challenges are and anything else that's important for you.

Once we have our bearings of what you most need, we will move into a creative process. This may involve some gentle breathing - what I call an induction - to access a deeper part of you, beyond the rational intellect. For this you will need to have some basic art materials to hand.  I will guide you every step of the way through these processes and work with you afterwards in a supportive and open way to help you unfold your wisdom and meaning, in relation to your issue.

A session typically completes with us reflecting on what you initially brought to the session, together with your outcomes and insights.

From here we determine how best to integrate this into your everyday life, and the best timing for a follow up session.

Further sessions can be either 60 or 90 minutes depending on your preference.
